Providence ElderPlace is seeking a Per Diem, board-certified ARNP with experience in Adult Primary Care, Gerontology or Family Medicine to join its Seattle facility. This is an excellent learning opportunity where you will have the flexibility to work with supportive Geriatric Medicine colleagues that utilize a comprehensive care program known as PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly). - In-home care and outpatient setting
- A minimum of 1 year of experience required
- Interdisciplinary model of care, working with a team of professionals
- Flexibility in practice with geriatric medicine group, great learning opportunity
- Compensation is between $60.33 and $78.04 per hour
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
