On our rehabilitation medicine team, you will work collaboratively with the primary care and interdisciplinary team, to enhance each patient's inpatient rehabilitation stay. Your main role will be to consult with patients and set realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function and get back to living their best quality of life through clinical practice guidelines, critical pathways, health risk assessments, and case management.

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of minimum $144,000 annually and maximum of $ 160,000 annually.
