Fairview Health Services is seeking a casual Optometrist to join their team in a medical setting located our Fairview Clinics - Brooklyn Park, Andover, Fridley, Maple Grove and Eagan.

• Work with an Optometry Assistant in completing visual assessments, examinations, contact lens fittings and urgent eye care.
• Practice medical based optometry and collaborate with Ophthalmologists, Primary Care Physicians and Specialists in treating patients of all ages.
• Must be willing to work between all locations with hours flexible based on patient need and provider preference. Ideal candidate would be able to work early morning and early evening to meet all needs.
• Excellent opportunity to join well established multi-specialty practice.
• Position is casual (vacation/sick coverage).

Position Qualifications:

O.D. licensed to practice in MN and TPA Certification required. Experience is preferred.
