Venice Regional Bayfront Health, Venice, FL, is seeking a ARNP or PA-C to join their Cardiothoracic Surgical practice (Gulf Coast Medical Group).
- Candidate will assist the CVS surgeon in high volume surgical program
- Currently rated as a 3-star cardiac surgery program (the highest one can receive)
- Candidate will also assist in the clinic setting
- willing to work as a surgical assist and will do vein harvesting
- This new Cardiothoracic Surgical practice opened in November 2015
- PA or NP Florida state license required, or license in process
- Will be replacing an APP who is leaving area
- Practice employs 1 BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon and 2 APPs
- Will assist with clinic & surgical/hospital services
- Wide range of diagnostic services & surgical treatment for cardiac conditions, including comprehensive heart, lung & vascular surgery
- Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery
- Vascular & endovascular surgery
- Atrial fibrillation revascularization
- Limb salvage procedures
- Thoracic oncology care
- Transcatheter aortic valve replacement procedures
