Position Profile:

• 48,000 annual ED visits
• 40 beds in the main ED with 6 beds in Fast Track
• 12 hour shifts
• Dedicated Pediatric ED
• Full sub-specialty back-up
• EPIC EMR

Qualifications: Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant candidates ­MUST be certified with a minimum of 1 YEAR of post-graduate Emergency Medicine experience. Note: We are not able to consider new graduate candidates or candidates with no ED experience.­

Broward Health Coral Springs is a member of Broward Health (browardhealth.org)­ and is located in the heart of Coral Spring, just 20 minutes northwest of Fort Lauderdale, FL. It is a 200-bed community facility.­ The Emergency Department is brand new and has ­all private rooms with­ fast-track and dedicated Pediatric ED.­ It is a primary stroke center and transfers are smooth to our Level I Trauma Center in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
