Envision Physician Services is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants to join our team at HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls, WI!

HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital has served the Oconto Falls community since 1921 originally under the name of Community Memorial Hospital. In 2003, they underwent a $9 million dollar expansion and renovation of the facility to include new Emergency, Imaging and Laboratory departments. In addition to these renovations to the hospital, urgent care, outpatient oncology clinic, rehab services (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, cardiac rehabilitation and pulmonary rehabilitation) and state-of-the-art equipment including digital mammography, CT and MRI were added. In September 2014, they joined the Hospital Sisters Health System and they became HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital.

• 24-hour, single coverage (24-hour shifts PHY or APP)
