Fairview Health Services is seeking 2 (.6 FTE) Physician Assistants (PAs) to join a primary care practice at Fairview Clinics - Rogers to provide same day care and assist with growth of the practice The PA's will collaborate closely with the primary providers on site to offer patients a seamless transition from same day appointments to establishing care and will assist with management of chronic health and preventative medicine.

- Hours of the position are 10:00am-7:00pm 3 days per week.
As part of our participation in the Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), the physicians use a team approach in managing clinical care. The site is using a model of care, Care Model Innovation, for their patients which actively looks at and changes clinical processes to maximize efficiency, resources, and clinical care.
Position Qualifications:
A qualified candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant training program. Have a current PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. Be eligible or certified through NCCPA and meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges. Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous PA experience is required.
