Seeking a full-time, board-certified Family Medicine physician assistant to join a collegial team at Providence Medical Group Sherwood Primary Care clinic. This practice includes Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics along with integrated behavioral health, clinical pharmacy and a nurse quality supervisor. You'll enjoy a healthy work-life balance just 30 minutes outside of Portland surrounded by the Tualatin and Chehalem Mountains.

• Full-time at 4 or 4.5 days per week
• Monday - Friday daytime hours; no call
• Embedded/Non-paneled position
• 1+ year of post-graduate experience in primary care setting
• Guaranteed base salary + quality and panel incentive
