Seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established, dedicated team of providers at Providence Medical Group’s Centralia Internal Medicine clinic. The provider will be part of the Rapid Access Clinic (RAC) and have the opportunity to see same-day patients. In addition to Family and Internal Medicine, this medical home modeled facility offers embedded services such as physical therapy, diabetes education, and more.
