Join an outstanding Neurosurgery group as a full-time physician assistant with Providence Saint Joseph’s Heritage Medical Group in Fullerton & Orange, California. This is a highly autonomous position where you will be providing care across 2 locations -- St. Joseph Orange & St. Jude Fullerton. We are seeking an APC to support our four surgeons, with a primary focus on providing nocturnal coverage across two hospital ministries in Orange County. This role is essential in ensuring continuity of care, timely patient management, and comprehensive clinical support during overnight hours.

Here, you can expect to address medical and surgical patient illnesses associated with neurosurgery patients as part of a multi-disciplinary team in an inpatient setting. • Join 2 established teams at Providence St. Joseph Hospital in Orange and St. Jude in Fullerton
• Primarily Nocturnal (12-hour) shifts; schedule will vary
• Weekend rotation will vary (Saturday and Sunday)
• This position is assisting in the OR
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a PA required; Neurosurgery experience is ideal
• Compensation is between $180,700 and $249,157 per year
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
