Lutheran Medical Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Gyn/Onc Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to be part of a new elite specialty program. Create long lasting relationships with your patients by making an impact on many aspects of their care: in our outpatient clinic, assisting with surgeries in OR and providing follow up care. You’ll enjoy a healthy balance of independence and supervision while perfecting your skills and interacting in a multidisciplinary environment. This opportunity allows you to participate in cutting edge research and publications (the practice yearly presents during national and international specialty conferences).

- Work closely with 1 physician and a physician assistant
- Assisting in the OR and in clinic
- Patient Rounding as needed
- Prior experience in surgery, oncology or gynecology is a plus
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PA/NP role ( truly exceptional new graduates could be considered)
- Teamwork mindset, dedication, desire to grow;
