Mountain West Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide full-time services at a Hospital Affiliated Occupational Medicine Clinic. 

• Employed Position
• Office Space is ready and available
• Necessary Equipment is ready and available
• Clinic is part of the MOB attached to the Hospital
• Schedule is Monday-Friday
• Staff is fully trained in Occupational Med and Urgent Care
• Clinic is located only 30 minutes from Salt Lake City

Candidate Qualifications:

• Certified NP or PA
• DOT certification required
• Experience with Systoc System preferred, not required
• Experience in Occupational Medicine required
