Job Description

NO AGENCIES. North Okaloosa Medical Center (NOMC), Crestview, FL, is seeking a NP or PA for their growing Ortho practice.

Ideal candidate will have experience in Orthopedic/Physical Rehab, or have sports medicine/exercise background
Candidate must be eligible to obtain licensing & prescriptive authority
additional requirements/responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Working closely w/ the Ortho Surgeon, hospitalists & PCP's
- Experience working in surgical specialty and/or Surgical 1st Assist
- Perform H&P's
- Excellent communication skills are critical
- Provide education to patients pre & post op
- Round on patients & chart patient's status accordingly
