Providence is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner to join the ExpressCare team at the Creston Clinic in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong skill-set in creating evidence-based, best-practice protocols and overseeing change management in a rapidly evolving field of medicine. • Shift-based schedule and consistent hours

• 2+ years' clinical experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency

The Providence Ambulatory Care Network provides patients access to optimized ambulatory services with a consumer-centric and connected focus. The ACN clinics are reducing barriers and creating a network of same-day care options that are easily accessible. By building out a network for ambulatory surgical services and imaging across Providence, the ACN offers ease, transparency and lower costs. This work is foundational to evolving the Providence delivery model to enhance the future of convenient care.
