About Facility : Door County Medical Center Direct Care is the newest addition to the Hospital Sisters Health System located at 323 S 18th Ave in Sturgeon Bay, WI. Urgent care is a walk-in clinic focused on providing quality healthcare for the times when your primary care physician’s offices are closed. Patients receive the very best care every day of the year, including all holidays.
