HCA's Kendall Regional Medical Center is seeking a founding program director for the new orthopaedic surgery residency program planned to start in 2023.
Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified in orthopaedic surgery
- Minimum of 4 years clinical experience post residency/fellowship
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an associate program director of an ACGME-accredited orthopedic surgery program or 3 years of leadership positions at an academic medical center or healthcare facility
- Must have excellent communication skills - bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Desire to develop an orthopaedic surgery residency program
- 50% administration/50% patient care
- Program will eventually have 10 residents (adding 2 per year)
