The University of Central Florida/HCA Healthcare Emergency Medicine Residency of Greater Orlando is seeking a Director of Simulation to serve as Core Faculty.

Opportunity Details:

• Seeking faculty with a proven track record in education and/or subspecialty training to join a cohesive and collegial community of clinical and academic faculty with demonstrated passion for, and commitment to, EM education for students, residents and faculty
• We serve a diverse patient community and value the strength that diversity and inclusivity brings to our team and patient
• Responsibilities may include organizing and implementing the simulation curriculum and assisting with the residency didactic program.  The residency leadership values modern adult learning techniques such as flipped classroom approaches, small group learning, and frequent simulation workshops. 
•  Preference will be given to candidates who have one or more of the following:
  •  Completion of a Simulation Fellowship
  • Two years prior core faculty experience in an Emergency Medicine residency

• Excellent Remuneration plus night differential plus RVU
• Protected Time and Core faculty Stipend
• CME reimbursement
• All providers are covered under an occurrence form policy furnished by HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) with tail

• Osceola Regional Medical Center is a Joint Commission accredited 404-bed tertiary care hospital, a designated Level II Trauma Center and a teaching hospital in collaboration with UCF College of Medicine.
