Envision Physician Services is seeking a board-certified General Anesthesiologist to join our team at Lakewood Regional Medical Center in Lakewood, CA. This is a laid-back and congenial group, located in Southern Los Angeles County, just 23 miles from the city of Los Angeles. Small group feel with other nearby Envision practices. Lakewood Regional Medical Center is a 250-bed facility serving Lakewood, California. Its major services include neurosurgery, orthopedics, cardiology, cardiac surgery, medical surgery, heart center, X-Ray, Lab, MRI, and outpatient care. No in-house call. Located near beaches in Orange County!

Details of Position

• Excellent, competitive compensation package ($450K- $600K)
• 1099-Independent Contractor
• Compensation is a combination of productivity plus call stipends
• Busy ortho, no OB and no trauma!
• All call from home –no in-house call, very few night or weekend cases!
• Excellent backup including Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Medical surgery, Heart Center, X-Ray, Lab, MRI, and outpatient care

Emergency Department

• 14 patient beds
• Annual volume of 40,000
• 32 hours of physician coverage with 8 hour shifts
• 13 hours FNP coverage in Fast Track
• High acuity
• Back-up includes 24-hour lab, radiology, CT, and MRI
