Hospital is to replace a departing Invasive Cardiologist which is part of a small Cardiology group (Lake Shore Cardiology):

Two non-invasive Cardiologists for the satellite locations in Live Oak (Dr. Mufaka) and Starke (Dr. Abboud), Dr. Lai (non-invasive Cardiologist in Lake
 City).
One invasive Cardiologist - Dr. John Madonna (who is departing fall 2017).

Reason for Search: Replacement for Dr. Madoona.

Call Coverage: coverage Monday through Friday, Dr. Lai covers weekends.
Office Space: Existing office space in medical office building located on the hospital campus.
Equipment: base office equipment and EKG machine. One Cardiac Catheterization 
Only one Cardiologist in area performs caths so scheduling is not an issue.

A new Cardiac Cath Lab project is currently underway and is in the process of being installed. Additionally, a full time Cardiologist is needed to provide inpatient and outpatient Cardiovascular Services.
