Hampshire Cardiovascular Associates is seeking a non-invasive cardiologist to join their team in Northampton, MA.

This position would spend their time between our clinic in a beautiful ambulatory building and Cooley Dickinson Hospital, a 140-bed community hospital.

Our typical call schedule is 1:5- this includes weekday telephone call and weekend rounding.

The next member of our team will be experienced in TEE and Nuclear (required), as well as Regular ECHO and Vascular, is a plus.

About the Practice:

We are a physician-owned practice who has been serving the Western Massachusetts community for the past 11 years. We have office locations in Greenfield, Springfield, Holyoke, Westfield and Northampton, Massachusetts. Being the only fully independent private group practice in “The Valley” that is not hospital-owned, our goal is to provide the highest quality of care with a full array of cardiac services on a personal level that is tailored to the needs of our patients. We have hospital affiliations with 5 area hospitals and provide a full array of outpatient and inpatient services from office-based diagnostic testing, to a full array of advanced coronary and vascular interventions. All the procedures we do are performed and interpreted by our own providers, keeping the continuity of care.

Our affiliation with Cooley Dickinson Health Care, allows us to tap into the networks and resources of the Corrigan Minehan Heart Center at Massachusetts General Hospital. This partnership allows our next physician to cater the role to their specific interests and expertise. Currently our advanced cardiovascular services, including:

•    General Cardiology

•    Cardiac and vascular intervention

•    Cardiac Electrophysiology

•    Treatment of heart failure, valvular heart disease, and peripheral artery disease

A Vein Center and accredited noninvasive imaging labs at Cooley Dickinson Hospital mean on-site access to specialized testing and other services.
