The Cardiovascular Institute at Allegheny General Hospital, part of the Allegheny Health Network, is offering an opportunity for Non-invasive Cardiologist’s to join our rapidly growing, large cardiovascular medicine program. The Non-invasive Cardiology positions offer the physician the opportunity to practice in not only a large academic center, but also be part of very busy physician practice employed by Allegheny Health network. As part of a large integrated delivery network, Allegheny General Hospital serves as its quaternary care center.  With over 600 beds, 55,000 ED visits, 23,000 surgeries, 24,000 inpatient admissions and over 300,000 Outpatient visits, Allegheny has served as a destination center for complex care in southwestern Pennsylvania.  Allegheny boasts a proud history of Cardiovascular Care with over 60 years of CT surgery and Cardiology expertise and excellence.  The candidate will primarily focus on non-invasive clinical cardiology in both an inpatient and outpatient setting, as well as teaching opportunities in the hospital setting.  Opportunities for imaging, particularly in Echocardiography are available and candidates with board certifications in non-invasive specialties are preferred.
