HCA Midwest Health is seeking a service line medical director within cardiology to support interventional, structural heart, imaging and non-invasive specialties. This is a clinical leadership role comprised of 90% clinical and 10% administrative.
Qualified Candidates:
Interventional cardiology fellowship & board certification required
5+ years of clinical experience preferred
Proficient in complex PCI
2+ years of experience leading a clinical, administrative, or academic department OR aptitude for physician leadership
A record of clinical credibility and achievement
Role will be instrumental in supervision, management, oversight and development of the cardiology program
Cardiologist will provide medical leadership in support of safe, timely, efficient, effective and compassionate patient-centered care across all locations of cardiology care within the HCA Midwest Division

Our cardiovascular team consists of 5 cardiothoracic surgeons, 17 noninvasive clinical cardiologists, 13 interventional cardiologists, 9 electrophysiologists, and 40+ advanced practice providers
