This role offers a full array of both inpatient and outpatient cardiac services supported by robust hospitalist service and outstanding specialists. This practice is an important part of the Providence Heart Institute - a multilocation center of excellence with quaternary services (including cardiac transplant) based at Providence St. Vincent in Portland, Oregon. The Providence Heart Institute is an integrated cardiovascular service line with more than 80 specialists serving hospital and clinic locations throughout Oregon and southwest Washington. In addition, the program is a hub for vast data registries in cardiovascular care, including the Center for Cardiovascular Analytics, Research and Data Science (CARDS). This state-of-the-art institute is a leader in new therapies, and consistently receives national recognition, including the American Heart Association’s “Get With The Guidelines” designation for coronary artery disease care.
