MountainView hospital is seeking a Cardiovascular or Cardiothoracic Surgeon to assume a lead role in advancing a well-established, progressive program, nationally recognized for its 3 Star STS performance and top 250 US Hospital Healthgrades rating in Las Vegas, Nevada.

MountainView Hospital is a 425-bed facility located in a rapidly growing suburban area of Las Vegas, Nevada. Groundbreaking for an additional 20 emergency and 64 inpatient beds planned for this June with an estimated completion scheduled 2023. In addition to the campus footprint, MVH boasts two FSED’s and an ASC as a part of our organization.

The successful candidate will be joining 3 highly experienced CVT surgeons in an employed practice model with a generous benefit and compensation package. Our providers are surrounded by strong, seasoned CVOR, CVICU, anesthesia and perfusion teams known for their expertise and commitment to excellence in Cardiovascular care for the patients we serve - just as they would want for their own family members.
Our goal is to improve access to MAZE, double valve, TAVR, Mini Valve and Impella procedures. The current model requires coverage of cardiac, vascular and thoracic patient populations. Our future state will include a diversified approach, breaking out each specialty as additional providers are recruited.

We also partner with emergency responders from across the state via ground or air ambulance to ensure the highest quality of care in a timely manner. Knowing every second counts, our patients consistently experience shorter door to intervention times than the National averages as a result of our cross continuum collaborative efforts. This program and market support is in association with the Sunrise Health System.
