Porter Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Critical Care physician to join hospital affiliated practice. Responsibilities for this opportunity include inpatient coverage of new 32-bed ICU.  Reasonable Patient-Physician ratios.  The right candidate will be comfortable with procedures including ultrasound guided vascular access, airway management/intubations, chest tube insertion, and lumbar puncture. The coverage model is a 7 on 7 off schedule for 12 hour shifts in house; 1 week of days, 1 week of nights. *No Visa support. 

• Volume 17-18 patients per shift.
• Model currently has 2 physicians on days and 1 physician on nights. 
•  Shifts are 7am to 7pm.
• 3 Pulmonologists/CC specialists on staff assisting with gaps in coverage.
