Qualified Candidates:
- Must have leadership experienced with a proven track record
- Must be board certified in critical care
- Virginia licensure or ability to obtain
- Experience leading reams and improving quality measures
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration
