TeamHealth has an excellent leadership opportunity for a full-time Physician to lead our Emergency Department team at Banner Casa Grande in Casa Grande, Arizona. This facility provides great ancillary services and specialty back-up for this 16-bed ED with an annual volume of 42,000. The Advanced Practice Clinician staff is experienced and well trained in Emergency Medicine. We offer a high compensation package that includes an administrative director stipend, and we provide paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage. The ideal candidate will have previous ED management and leadership experience, along with excellent communication and supervisory skills. The medical director’s time will be divided between clinical and administrative duties. Candidates should have expertise in regulations and regulatory compliance as well as a strong clinical knowledge base.
