TeamHealth has an excellent leadership opportunity for a full-time Physician to join our Emergency Department team as Assistant Medical Director at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, Arizona. This facility supports a certified primary stroke center, a chest pain center, and a 28-bed ED with fast track. In addition, we provide 12 hours of daily Advanced Practice Clinician coverage. There is an annual volume of 36,000 patients, with an admittance rate of 19% and moderate acuity. Also, bedside ultrasound is also available in the ED. The specialty back-up includes Cath lab, interventional radiology, OB/Gyn, Ortho, and Peds. The ED serves as an EMS Base Station and provides a 30-minute door to clinician commitment.
