TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a physician to join our team at Abrazo Mesa Hospital in Mesa, Arizona. This micro hospital has 12 ED beds, 8 inpatient beds and 1 OR. Opening in April of 2019, this facility is anticipated to have a volume of 12,000 patients of low to moderate acuity with an admission rate of 7% and a hospital medicine program in place. This ED utilizes EMR Cerner and offers 12-hour physician shifts. Transfers at this facility will go to Abrazo Central. We ask that you be board certified in emergency medicine or certified in primary care with ED experience and ACLS, ATLS and PALS certifications.
