Candidate must be board-certified and specialized in emergency medicine, family medicine or internal medicine. Certifications Required: ATLS, ACLS, PALS. Hialeah Hospital has an annual patient volume of 41,000, 172 hospital beds and 25 ED bed. The daily physician coverage is 36 and daily advanced practice clinician coverage is 24. A Level II Trauma Center, Hialeah Hospital offers fast track, has a high acuity level and a hospital medicine program.
