Evision Physician Services and Plantation General Hospital are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician with 1 + years of post residency experience to join our team in the Fort Lauderdale area (Plantation, FL).

ED Features:

• 43,000 annual patient visits
• ED consists of 22 beds, including 4 in overflow, 15 fast-track
• 48 hours of physician coverage
• 48 hours of APP coverage
• Approx 2.1 patients per hour
• Independent Contractor Status
• EMR: Meditech, Pdoc, and dragon dictation

Qualified candidates must be Board Certified/Board Prepared Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) with ACLS and PALS.

Plantation General Hospital is a 264-bed, acute care hospital that has been providing a range of healthcare services to residents of Plantation and Central Broward County for 50 years. Plantation General Hospital is a primary stroke center certified by The Joint Commission. They are nationally recognized centers of excellence in maternity, high risk maternity, pediatrics, pediatric intensive care and Level III neonatal intensive care have earned us a distinguished reputation for quality. This facility provides easy access to the vast resources of the HCA Hospital Network, which includes surgeons who excel in minimally invasive surgery with an intense focus in Women and Children’s Services. Within minutes of the Florida Turnpike, I-595 and I-95, Plantation General Hospital offers emergency rooms and intensive care units designated for children, pregnant women and adults.
