Deliver safe, high-quality patient care as a full-time emergency medicine physician at Capital Regional Medical Center in sunny Tallahassee, Florida. This is at a new startup free-standing emergency department (FSED). Capital Regional Lake Jackson will be opening fall of 2020 with state-of-the-art equipment. This 12-bed FSED has an annual patient volume of 14,000. Capital Regional Medical Center has a 20% admission rate as well as a pediatric ED. This facility has 10-11 hours/day of physician coverage and 24 hours daily of APC coverage. Meditech EMR utilized. Qualified physicians need to be residency trained and/or board certified in ABEM/AOBEM.
