Are you an experienced emergency medicine (EM) medical director? We are looking for someone like you to lead the day-to-day emergency department (ED) clinical teams.
We are looking for the right clinician who will be able to "hit the ground running" with the following company initiatives:
- Oversee the daily operations of the emergency department
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and measures to drive metric performance
- Manage and lead a seasoned emergency department team of physicians and advanced practice providers
- Participate in key hospital meetings and company initiatives
- Collaborate with key leaders from the hospital and organization to enhance cultural and performance measures while providing exceptional patient care
