TeamHealth is seeking an experienced emergency medicine clinician to join our core emergency department (ED) team at Memorial Satilla Regional Medical Center in Waycross, Georgia. Candidates should be licensed physicians in the state of Georgia or have the ability to attain an unrestricted state license. Candidates must also be board eligible or board certified ABEM or AOBEM with certifications as required by hospital by-laws. In this role you will perform clinical assessments and appropriately manage patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and perform procedures as required. You will also complete charting and documentation in a timely manner and educate patients and families on treatment plans. Memorial Satilla Regional Medical Center sees an annual volume of 50,000 in the emergency department. The ED features 25 beds. Daily there are 36 hours of physician coverage as well as 36 hours of advanced practice clinician coverage. Clinicians chart with Meditech.
