Envision Physician Services is searching for a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician to join their team in Springfield, IL. START DATE BONUS available.

{Requirements: ABEM/AOBEM or BC Pediatrics + PEM residency/fellowship trained, 16 Hours Pediatric CME/year, 10 Hours Trauma CME/year, PALS and ATLS}.

Position Profile:

• 10,500 annual pediatric volume
• Adult Level I Trauma Center
• Pediatric Level II Trauma Center
• 31 beds plus 3 trauma bays
• 11 bed area for lower acuity/non-critical
• Physician coverage: 42 hours with an additional 10 hours of Pediatric EM coverage (12P- 10P)
• Advanced Practice Provider coverage: 36 hours
• Dedicated radiology suite including rapid turnaround of radiology film reading 24/7
• EDAP/PCCC Certified
• EPIC EMR
• Teaching: EM Residents from Southern Illinois University (SIU)
• Pediatric residents and medical students rotate in the teaching section.
• Academic or clinical track available
• W2 status with comprehensive benefits program
