TeamHealth has an exceptional full-time opportunity for an emergency medicine physician to join our collaborative emergency department team at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, Kentucky. This well-supported ED cares for approximately 30,000 patients annually, offering physicians the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of EM in a busy community hospital setting.

Clinicians benefit from 24 hours of advanced practice clinician coverage each day, allowing for a collaborative team approach to patient care. Physician coverage consists of 12-hour shifts (6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am), providing a predictable schedule and excellent work-life balance while delivering high-quality care to the community.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
• Board certification or eligibility in either EM, internal medicine, or family medicine
• Valid state medical license (Kentucky) or the ability to obtain one-Current ATLS, ACLS and PALS certifications
