TeamHealth has an excellent full-time Emergency Medicine Physician position available at Chilton Memorial Hospital in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. This facility is a 36,000 volume, 30 bed, modern emergency department equipped with slit lamp, sonogram, ultrasound, glideoscope and bronchoscope. A separate Peds emergency department is in place. The fast track has 9 beds and the adult emergency department has 20 beds. This hospital is a designated Primary Stroke Center and has a cath lab. Enjoy the support of excellent nursing staff, OB back up in house, Peds available and in house, as well as anesthesiology in house and available from home during overnight. Scribes are on duty 9a-7p, one on one with physicians. The hospitalist medicine group onsite takes 70% of the admissions.
