TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Emergency Medicine physician to join our team at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, New Jersey. This is a 38,000 volume community ED that has a separate pediatric ED area with 5 beds staffed by advanced practice clinicians (APCs). The adult fast track has 7 beds and is also staffed with APCs. This ED is well respected with a Hospitalist group in house, Nurse Educator available for MedHost training, 2-bed psychiatric area for crises and trauma transferred out. The ED is usually staffed by regular full-time nocturnist physicians and there are opportunities to teach Physician Assistant students, nursing students and EMT students. Riverview Medical Center has all services available except for open heart surgery. The ED sees approx 100 patients day and scribes are available. We ask that you be EM residency trained and board eligible or board certified to apply.
