Help build an emergency medicine program from the ground up at Valencia County Hospital. We are seeking an experienced EM physician leader to serve as medical director and lead a team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in one of New Mexico's fastest-growing communities.

About the Role

• Lead the emergency medicine team at a new hospital opening in early 2027
• Establish the culture, clinical standards, and operational framework for a startup emergency department
• Estimated annual volume of approximately 13,668 visits
• Full-service, 12-bed ED with trauma, seclusion, and OB capabilities
• Flexible scheduling with 12- and 24-hour shift options (at startup) 
• Supported by advanced diagnostic services including MRI, CT, X-ray, and fluoroscopy
