Position Overview:
Recruiting Emergency Medicine physicians to join a high-functioning, freestanding Emergency Department in Glenpool, OK.
This site delivers high-quality emergency care to a growing suburban population just 15 minutes south of Tulsa.
The center is staffed exclusively by board-certified EM physicians and supported with modern diagnostics and on-site lab access.
Responsibilities
ED Volume: 19,000 annual visits
Beds: 13 treatment rooms, including 1 trauma room and 1 psych-safe room
Admission Rate: 14%
Staffing Model: 12-hour shifts with 24 hours of physician coverage + APP support afternoons/evenings
EMR: Epic
24-hour on-site lab
On-site imaging: X-ray and CT
Board-Certified EM physician-only model
J-1 Visa Sponsorship & H1B Cap Exempt Available
Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in: Emergency Medicine
Open to Residents and Fellows
Open to Visa Candidates
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Active unencumbered physician Oklahoma state license
Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
One year of work experience as Emergency Medicine Physician
One year of EMR experience

Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $90,000
CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually
