TeamHealth has excellent opportunities for full-time Physicians to join our Emergency Department team at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center and South Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Our 40-bed ED at Grand Strand has an annual volume of 63,000 and we provide 60 to 72 hours of Physician, APC, and Scribe coverage (84 hours max). We are a Level II trauma center, but our facility has a trauma team. Our South Strand ED has an annual volume of 22,000 and we provide 24 hours of Physician and Scribe coverage and 12 hours of APC coverage (could add more seasonally). Our EMR is Meditech and we ask that you be BC/BE in ABEM or AOBEM. If you're BE, you must be BC within 5 years of completion of Residency. Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS is preferred.
