Envision Physician Services is looking for an Associate Site Medical Director to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress and it's three affiliated Free-Standing ER's. Physicians must be Board Eligible/Board Certified Emergency Medicine.

• Advanced Primary Stroke Center
• Accredited Chest Pain Center
• 21 bed ER
• 28 hours of physician coverage
• 12 hours of APP coverage
• Must have leadership experience
• Will work clinical shifts in addition to leadership duties
