Summit Pacific has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician to join a rapidly expanding team at a brand-new ED providing high-quality care to patients across Elma, Washington.
This position offers a combination of autonomy, procedural breadth, and influence across the service line that is ideal for those seeking an environment to directly participate in full-spectrum emergency medicine care.

Position Details:
- Full-time role with predictable 12-hour shift schedules
- Opportunity to practice comprehensive emergency medicine
- Good amount of autonomy
- Strong support team of CNA’s, ED techs, nurses, PAs, ED physicians, and nocturnists
- Access to 24-hour labs, tele-radiology, MRI’s, x-ray and more

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary is between $436,000 and $456,000 per year
- Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, CME, PTO and more

Qualifications & Requirements:
- MD or DO degree with successful completion of an accredited EM residency or fellowship program
- Must be board-certified/board-eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Current Washington State medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Eager and willing to participate in full-spectrum emergency medicine care
