Infinity HealthCare/Envision Physician Services is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team in Oconto Falls, WI.

Physician Requirement: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine with ED experience

HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital has served the Oconto Falls community since 1921 originally under the name of Community Memorial Hospital. In 1972, they moved to their current facility and in 2003, a $9 million dollar expansion and renovation of the facility was completed to include new Emergency, Intensive Care Unit, Imaging and Laboratory departments. In addition to these renovations to the hospital, urgent care, outpatient oncology clinic, rehab services (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, cardiac rehabilitation and pulmonary rehabilitation) and state-of-the-art equipment including digital mammography, CT and MRI were added. In September 2014, they joined the Hospital Sisters Health System and they became HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital. They are a critical access hospital and are licensed for 25 inpatient beds.

Emergency Department:

• 5,000 Annual Volume
• Physician coverage: 24 hours (24 hour shifts)
• APP coverage

Oconto Falls is located along the Oconto River and is only 30 miles north of the excitement of Green Bay.
