Primary Care Leadership Opportunity (FM/IM) - Sharon, Connecticut (Litchfield County) – $25K Sign-On/$25K Retention Bonuses

Affiliated with Sharon Hospital and part of our larger Nuvance Health seven hospital network, Nuvance Health Medical Practice is seeking a board certified/eligible Family/Internal Medicine Physician to join and lead our busy and growing primary care practice in Sharon, Connecticut, located 90 minutes outside of New York City. This is an excellent leadership opportunity in a growing primary care setting. Currently, the practice consists of one Physician and two Nurse Practitioners. This position offers a very generous compensation package, including $25K sign on bonus and $25K retention bonus in addition to relocation allowance.

Our employed Medical Group includes 900+ physicians and advanced practice providers, serving a geographically broad region throughout Western Connecticut and eastern New York. Our employed outpatient practices utilize our hospitalist programs for in-patient admissions.
