Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for the position of Lead Physician/Medical Director for a brand new outpatient Family Practice opening at the end of December 2021.

This brand new office will be serving our County Employees and their families for their primary care needs without having to pay any co-payments

The Lead Physician will be responsible for providing medical oversight to the clinical staff, collaborating with company partners, and leading the development of clinical practice guidelines. The clinicians provide full-spectrum home-based primary care to a panel of members with complex needs, with an emphasis on chronic disease management, primary behavioral health and primary palliative care.

Office will offer onsite lab, xray, pharmacy, behavioral health and physical therapy

Salaried position

Leadership qualities will be considered in place of prior experience

Must be comfortable seeing pediatric routine visits 2 years and older

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an Accredited institution.
• 2 years outpatient experience
• BC/BE
• EMR experience
• Unrestricted NJ Medical License
• Leadership qualities
