In Crystal City, TX: Texas Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to provide preventative and primary medical care for patients in a community health setting. Staff Physician must be able to treat patients from a diversity of social and ethnic backgrounds and to work creatively as a member of a health oriented team composed of health professions from a variety of disciplines for the healing and betterment of the center's patients.
REQUIREMENTS: Graduation from an accredited US or foreign School of Medicine with appropriate successfully completed examinations and at least a completed residency in Family Medicine from an accredited teaching hospital or academic medical center in the US and an unrestricted Texas Medical license required, as well as current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registrations for the purpose of writing prescriptions and current Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare providers.
