El Paso, TX: Texas Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Bilingual (Eng./Span.) Family Medicine Physician to provide preventative and primary medical care for patients in a warm and friendly community health setting. Must be able to treat patients from a diversity of social and ethnic backgrounds and to work creatively as a member of an integrated primary care/behavioral health oriented team composed of health professions from a variety of disciplines for the healing and betterment of the center's patients.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited medical school, completion of approved post-graduate training, and a current unrestricted Texas Medical license required. Must have current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) registrations for the purpose of writing prescriptions, as well as current Life Support certification. Must be Board certified in Family Medicine (or Board Eligible with the intent to certify within two years of beginning employment).
