In Bryan/College Station, TX: Texas Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a Full-Time Family or Internal Medicine Physician who is responsible for providing medical services to the patients of the community health center

Job Overview:

• Physician builds an ongoing relationship with patients 
• Physician directs and leads a team of individuals
• Provides patient focused care and the patient is supported in disease management that includes self-management education in which the patients participates
• Monitors ongoing medical care, reviews diagnostic studies, conducts clinical assessments of abnormal results, and follows-up with patient
• No on call! 
• No weekends!

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited medical school 
• Completion of an approved residency program in a primary care specialty.
• License to practice medicine in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate training experience required
• Board eligible or certified in Family or Internal Medicine required
