Seeking primary care physicians for growing organization. Practice currently has 3 physicians, 2 Family Nurse Practitioners, 2 Physician Assistants, and 4 Medical Assistants. 

Practice services include: 
Preventative Care, Chronic Care, Diagnostic Care, Acute Care and Research. 
Full certified lab, x-ray, sonograms, outpatient cardiovascular testing, and infusion. 

Practice is offering:
